The orientation committee will have the general mandate of approving the
financial and strategic plans of the Chair and the periodic evaluation of its
activities. It will also be responsible for a report of its activities and a
financial report once a year to the partners and universities.

The scientific committee manages the Chair’s
activities, and updates the
strategic plan of the Chair. It receives research proposals, evaluates them and
establishes the research program of the Chair which it then recommends to the
orientation committee. The committee prepares a report of the Chair’s
activities and a financial report for the orientation committee. It forms ad hoc
committees when appropriate to deal with activities relating to the Chair. The
scientific committee is made up of equal representation from both academic and
industrial partners.
